Central Bedfordshire needed an external identity, commercial ‘brand’, and a best-in-class online presence. The objective was to create a brand-driven investment programme capitalising on key assets, and delivering a step-change in customer service and place marketing. The new website was integral to this, as a portal for inward investment and business support services and hosting an online commercial property search.
