Thomas is the founder of ThinkStuff, an ideas, words and action consultancy, where he helps businesses to find an authentic, coherent and relevant voice, and helps them to navigate a digitally-centric world where the only certainty is change itself.

 

By day, he consults and advises companies both big and small… recent clients span financial services, professional services, technology, pharma and life sciences, non-profit, media and education… and range from global assignments to UK-focused.

 

His hobbies include writing on current business issues in The Times and The Sunday Times, chairing the jury for the UK’s Property Marketing Awards, and writing his second (hopefully bestselling) book. In a past life as Director of Strategy and Marketing at CIM, he was the architect of more than 35 major, international research and thought leadership initiatives, led the rebranding of a century-old organisation, and was a frequent media commentator and writer.

Eva is a recognised leader in digital strategy and business transformation. She is a frequent keynote speaker on transformation and was recently published in two books: “Creating Digital Culture” and “Building the Agile Business”. As Digital Director at BBC Earth, Eva was a transformational leader pivotal in changing the way the BBC worked across television and digital content & products.

 

Eva launched the BBC Earth brand in the UK in Oct 2014, which won numerous awards for its website, social media activities and content, and was also responsible for transforming BBC Marketing and setting up the BBC’s “Digital Marketing Lab”.

 

Eva’s previous roles include being on the Digital Advisory Board at ActionAid, Digital Director for Amnesty International, and Director of Social Media & Digital Production at GroupM. She has been included in Marketing Week’s Vision100 and the BIMA Hot100 list and is a regular judge of sector awards, including the CIM, Lovies and Festival of Marketing awards.

With many years’ through-the-line marketing experience, both B2C and B2B, Emma is currently Group Head of Brand & Sponsorship at Royal London, the UK’s largest mutual life insurance and pension provider. Here she is responsible for leading and managing the Royal London brand strategy. A key element of this is the one-day cricket sponsorship with the ECB and all brand advertising campaigns.

 

Prior to joining Royal London Emma held senior marketing roles at a number of well-known companies including Honda, ITV and RSA. She is a Chartered Marketer, a member of The Marketing Society and has an MA in Mass Communications.

Before joining ERM Freddie was Director at the International Centre for Financial Regulation where he was responsible for stakeholder engagement and reputational risk management. Prior to this, as Head of Marketing and Communications for Global Financial Services at KPMG, he was part of the Leadership Team and responsible for all marketing activity used by member firms. Freddie is a Chartered Marketer and has an MBA and BA (Hons) DipM, and is a Board Trustee of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
