Thomas is an experienced marketing leader with expertise in brand, content, research, thought leadership and publishing. Recognised as a thought leader in marketing capability and digital transformation, he has led more than 35 major research and thought leadership studies, spanning issues including marketing skills, digital and social media strategy, organisation design and brand experience. He divides his time between consulting and speaking and is also currently co-authoring two books – one on building digital culture and capability, and a second on disruptive innovation.
