With 20 years industry experience and an education in information design, Mark has been responsible for leading the digital experiences of many blue-chip brands and online public services. Central to Mark's work is the integration of Behavioural Science, ensuring that Dare's output is reflective of the known principles of choice architecture. For the past two years Mark has co-chaired the Digital Business Group at the IPA, ensuring industry leaders continually assess and define digital standards that encourage industry growth and attract bright new talent.
