PROPERTY MARKETING AWARDS
The annual Property Marketing Awards celebrate the year’s very best, most effective, as well as the most innovative and creative marketing campaigns around the UK property industry.
Judged by marketing professionals at the top of their respective fields, the awards are designed to encourage excellence. The PMAs are also a barometer of changing trends in the sector and a great opportunity to network with colleagues, clients, business associates and competitors.
This year’s event was hosted by BBC Question of Sport captain, Matt Dawson MBE.
The Property Marketing Awards raise funds for the Livery Company’s Charitable Trust

The awards are organised by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors, one of the many long-established livery companies in the City of London, in partnership with leading industry magazine, Estates Gazette. The shortlist is always guaranteed to include some of the most talked-about and successful marketing campaigns of the year.
London developer Pocket Living won the top award at the 24th annual Property Marketing Awards. Pocket’s affordable apartments are designed for London’s middle earning young ‘city makers’ who cannot afford to make London their home.
The independent PMA jury led by Thomas Brown, was unanimous in its choice, despite strong competition. The winning team impressed the judges across the board with a campaign that delivered great marketing thinking, for a great cause. This winning team demonstrated style, effectiveness and commitment from strategy right through to impact, and they did it with significant passion and flair, said the judges. The Pocket Living team also picked up the coveted In-House Marketing Team of the Year Award.
Lucian Smithers, Pocket’s Director of Sales and Marketing said, “The industry doesn’t know what to make of us – we don’t really fit into a category box, but the consumers get it. Affordable housing is complicated and we make it as simple as possible. It’s been a big year for us!”
Other big winners on the night included Siren Design for Best Marketing Campaign, London Offices with One Queen Caroline Street for their client Landid. This is the second year in a row that Siren have picked up the prestigious London Office award. The judges commented that they had made the marketing money work hard with some smart ideas.
