The Property Marketing Awards 2013

The Property Marketing Awards recognise innovation, creativity and the success of marketing campaigns in the property industry. These prestigious awards spotlight the very best that the industry has to offer.

The 21st annual awards take place on Monday 24 June 2013 at BAFTA hosted by former ITV newscaster Andrea Catherwood.  The awards are a unique opportunity to celebrate and support excellence in the industry with colleagues, clients, business associates and competitors. The 2013 shortlist will be announced on Friday 7 June.

The PMA is run by the Chartered Surveyors’ Company in partnership with Estates Gazette.

The event raises funds for the company’s Charitable Trust with proceeds used to support the Chartered Surveyors’ Training Trust (www.cstt.org.uk). This charity, set up by the Livery Company, supports disadvantaged 16 – 24 year olds who may have financial, social or academic barriers to their training as professionals and to becoming members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Thanks to events like the PMA the livery company is able to offer bursaries to these pupils to attend university, as well as an apprenticeship scheme which allows direct entry to the profession, helping to increase the social diversity of young people entering the surveying profession.

Roger Southam, Master of The Chartered Surveyors Livery Company says: “The Livery Company is hugely proud of the PMA and the status it has within the design and marketing community as well as within the property industry. The initiative has helped us support the lives of countless disadvantaged young people and get them into the property industry through our apprenticeship scheme, CSTT. This year will be no exception and we thank you for your support and your desire to be recognised.”
